PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in performance effects due to nonconformity between a result of one symbol variation and a performance relating to the other symbol in a parallel-variation type pinball game machine.SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is configured to select variation patterns of first and second performance symbols that vary synchronous with first and second symbols variably displayed in parallel to each other, on the basis of a prescribed variation pattern selection table, and to produce a special profit state on the basis of a fact that the first and second symbols result in specific modes. The pinball game machine presets, for each of a plurality of types of game states, a variation pattern selection table to be used during the game state and sets the variation pattern selection table (B, b1, and b2) corresponding to a specific game state (a high probability state B and a time shortening state) in such a manner that all the failure variation patterns included therein have variation times shorter than a variation pattern with a shortest variation time in jackpot variation patterns included therein. |
