The present invention provides a method and product for topical delivery and administration of stabilized protection agents and compositions thereof and methods for making the composition and use thereof. The method and system comprises pharmaceutical compositions for facilitating topical delivery of protection agents and skin anti-photo-aging agents for inhibiting cellular degradation in response to sun damage. The pharmaceutical compositions are topically applied on a patient and are generally in a cream, lotion or gel form. |
