PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system of a shaft thickening machine which can monitor a machining condition of the shaft thickening machine even from a remote place, and by which an environment easy for an engineer to advise a user can be obtained.SOLUTION: A monitoring system of a shaft thickening machine includes: a pair of a pressurizing side holder 2 and a bending side holder 3 for holding both ends of a workpiece 4; a pressurizing unit 8 which pressurizes the pressurizing side holder 2; a rotation unit 9 for rotating the bending side holder 3; an inclination unit 10 for inclining the bending side holder 3; a workpiece information processing unit 13 for acquiring information of the workpiece 4; a workpiece monitoring means 15 for monitoring the information of the workpiece 4; and a monitoring device which includes a pressurizing unit monitoring means 16 for monitoring pressurizing force by the pressurizing unit 8, a rotation unit monitoring means 17 for monitoring a rotation speed by the rotation unit 9, and an inclination unit monitoring means 18 for monitoring a bending angle by the inclination unit 10. |
