An image processing apparatus can prevent a first point output time (FPOT) from increasing more than needs. A selecting unit selects a first printing job using printing data reserved in the image processing apparatus, and a second printing job requiring the transmission of printing data from another image processing apparatus. A printing job executing unit executes the first and second printing jobs selected by the selecting unit. A control unit controls the printing order of the printing job executing unit such that the first printing job can be executed before executing the second printing job when the execution of the first and second printing jobs is directed. |
