PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device and a power storage system which make a gas less likely to be accumulated in a housing while using the housing having sealability.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of this invention, a power storage device includes: a battery housing body; a power conditioner; and a housing which houses the battery housing body and the power conditioner. The housing has sealability, and a vent hole including a waterproof breathable film is provided at the housing. The interior of the housing communicates with outer air through the waterproof breathable film. |
