PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a display panel when the display panel is set in a projecting position.SOLUTION: The in-vehicle device 1 includes a slide mechanism 4 which moves a display panel 3 from a reference position to a projecting position inside a cabin of a vehicle, and a panning mechanism 5 which changes the direction of a display screen of the display panel 3 to the right and left. When a user's approaching the display panel 3 is detected when it is at the reference position, the slide mechanism 4 moves the display panel 3 from the reference position to the projecting position as the panning mechanism 5 changes the direction of the display screen of the display panel 3 to the direction of approach of the user. This improves the visibility of the display panel when it is moved to the projection position. |
