PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pressure transfer film having a low stretch degree and a decorative molded article having high design properties obtained by using the same.SOLUTION: A transfer foil for manufacturing a water pressure transfer film includes a release film, a primer layer, and a low gloss pattern provided partially on the primer layer in this order, wherein the low gloss pattern includes a binder resin and a matting agent, and wherein the primer layer is a cured product of a thermosetting composition including polyol and isocyanate. A decorative molded article obtained by using the same and methods for manufacturing the same are also provided. |
