PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which adds a function for holding a wire in a short time to a spring manufacturing machine without increasing a burden to a worker, a spindle device including the tool, and the spring manufacturing machine.SOLUTION: A tool T3 is detachably attached to a rotary shaft 50 of a spindle device which bend wires. The tool T3 includes: a lock part 92 which locks the wire; conversion parts 80, 86 which convert rotary motion of the rotary shaft 50 into linear motion along a direction intersecting with a shaft center of the rotary shaft 50; and a separable part 88 which is moved close to the lock part 92 or separated from the lock part 92 by the linear motion converted by the conversion parts 80, 86. |
