PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device and an image formation device that enable a simple configuration to regulate a position of a heating member.SOLUTION: A position regulation member 68 includes: a concave part 71 that houses an end of a cylindrical member 61a of a heating roll 61; and a convex part 72 that engages with a stationary sleeve 69. The concave part 71 includes an inner peripheral surface 71a corresponding to an outer periphery surface 61c of the cylindrical member 61a and an inner wall surface 71b that positions by receiving an end surface of 61d of the cylindrical member 61a. The convex part 72 includes an outer peripheral surface 72a and an outer end surface 72b corresponding to a shape of the stationary sleeve 69. By pressure of a pressure belt, the cylindrical member 61a and the position regulation member 68 are brought into tight contact with each other and friction between both members increases, and a rotary driving force is thereby transmitted between the cylindrical member 61a and the position regulation member 68. |
