The present invention relates to a benthos collecting container comprising: a first portion formed of a perforated surface, as a portion of a side of a container; and a second portion formed of a non-perforated surface, as a remaining portion of the side of the container. Therefore, the benthos collecting container is capable of easily collecting soil, sediment, etc. containing benthos to be treated.
