PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic cleaner composition for a glass hard disc substrate which can suppress deterioration of surface roughness of a substrate surface.SOLUTION: An acidic cleaner composition for a glass hard disc substrate contains zinc or inorganic salt of calcium (a component A), and water. The acidic cleaner composition can be used in a manufacturing method of the glass hard disc substrate which includes a process 1 of polishing a glass substrate by using a polishing liquid composition, a process 2 of cleaning the glass substrate obtained in the process 1 with the acidic cleaner composition, and a process 3 of cleaning the glass substrate obtained in the process 2 with an alkaline cleaner composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
