The present invention provides a woody plate and a woody door, the woody plate and the woody door having a function for preventing warpage and breakage even when the temperature and humidity of the indoor and outdoor environments in which the plate and door are used are different. The woody plate and the woody door are provided with: a woody plywood (13) which is formed by laminating at least three odd-numbered sheets of woody veneers (13a-13c); and a plurality of paneling boards (12a-12f) attached to the front and rear sides of the woody plywood (13). At least half of the woody veneers (13a-13c) constituting the woody plywood (13) are provided with a plurality of through holes (14) in the lateral direction of the paneling boards (12a-12f), the through holes (14) passing through the paneling boards (12a-12f) in the longitudinal direction of the paneling boards (12a-12f). |
