PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a delay time of packet transfer, while excluding exceptional events, in transfer delay measurement on a radio channel.SOLUTION: When measurement data including delay and sequence numbers for each packet are inputted, an event inferred as a link disconnection (pseudo disconnection) is determined. Regarding a time in which the pseudo disconnection is occurring, a minimum sequence number is regarded as a maximum delay value, and measurements of sequence numbers after the minimum sequence number may be decreased at the same interval as a transmission interval. Measurements within a block equal to or less than a predetermined delay value, after the minimum sequence number s1 are excluded, as pseudo disconnection events, from measurement data to be stored in pseudo disconnection determination result storage means. The pseudo disconnection events are read from the pseudo disconnection determination result storage means, and a delay index is computed and outputted. |
