The film attaching apparatus for a ship comprises: a film attaching unit which attaches a film to the surface of a ship base member; a moving unit which is formed in the film attaching unit to move the film attaching unit along the surface of the ship base member; and a movement guide unit which senses the film attached to the surface of the ship base member by the film attaching unit and guides the film attaching unit to be moved along the edge of the film attached to the surface of the ship base member.
