A vacuum valve includes: a valve housing (1) having a valve aperture part; a closing member (8); a valve rod (9) which is installed in the closing member (8), and can move in a moving direction (13) or in an opposite direction to the moving direction so as to move the closing member (8) between an opening position of the closing member (8) and a closing position of the closing member (8); an elastic seal (12) which is arranged on a valve sheet (4) of the valve housing (1) or on a front of the closing member (8); a sealing plane (5) which is arranged on the valve sheet (4) of the valve housing (1) or on the front of the closing member (8), and adheres to the seal (12) at the closing position of the closing member (8); and at least one support component (17) arranged at a rear surface of the closing member (8) far from the valve sheet (4). Adherence of a support plane (20) of the support component (17) to the valve housing (1) is done on an adhering plane (24). The adhering plane is inclined around an axis (25) perpendicular to the moving direction (13) and to a vertical axis (3) of the valve aperture part (2), as to the moving direction (13). The support component (17) can rotate around a rotation axis (18) orthogonal to the moving direction (13) and the vertical axis (3) of the valve aperture part (2), as to the closing member (8). |
