The construction machine (1) comprises a sensor unit (9) that assumes different measuring states. Two operating devices (2,7) are spatially separated from the sensor unit having additional controls. The measuring state of the sensor unit is controllable by both the operating device as well as by the additional controls. The sensor unit is controllable relative to a current measuring state that is storable by a central memory. A test block is configured to subject control input to a review process before implementation of the control input. An independent claim is included for a method for controlling a sensor unit. |
