PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consume an electric charge remaining in a capacitor without installing a part exclusive for a scrapped vehicle when scrapping a vehicle which is mounted with the capacitor.SOLUTION: An electric load 6 is a first electric load which is operated by a first voltage outputted from a step-down circuit 5. A reception part 211 receives a vehicle-scrapping command which is inputted by a worker when scrapping a vehicle. A B-ISG 2, a PTC heater 18 and a heat catalyst 19 are second electric loads which are operated by a second voltage higher than the first voltage. When the vehicle-scrapping command is received by the reception part 211, a control part 212 sets the vehicle to a vehicle-scrapping mode, and operates the second electric loads.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
