a first light-transmitting electrode; a second light-transmitting electrode opposite to the first light-transmitting electrode, an active layer between the first light-transmitting electrode and the second light-transmitting electrode; and a UV blocking layer on the first light-transmitting electrode, wherein the UV blocking layer comprises at least one of a UV light absorbing layer and a UV reflecting layer, the UV light absorbing layer comprises a layer comprising an organic material, and the UV reflecting layer comprises a plurality of layers, wherein each of the plurality of layers comprises an organic material, an inorganic material or a combination thereof.
