In order to provide a battery pack that is provided with a lightweight end plate having high rigidity, this battery pack is provided with: a battery laminate (2) wherein a plurality of rectangular batteries (1) are laminated; a first end plate (3A) that is arranged on one end of the battery laminate (2) in the lamination direction of the rectangular batteries (1); a second end plate (3B) that is arranged on the other end of the battery laminate (2); and a connection member (4) that is connected to the first end plate (3A) and the second end plate (3B). At least one of the first end plate (3A) and the second end plate (3B) comprises a first member (5), which is formed of a first metal material, and a second member (6), which is formed of a second metal material that is different from the first metal material. The first member (5) and the second member (6) are laminated in the lamination direction of the rectangular batteries (1). The rigidity of the second metal material is higher than the rigidity of the first metal material, and the specific gravity of the first metal material is smaller than the specific gravity of the second metal material. |
