The present invention relates to a dual window structure for a building, capable of improving the appearance by minimizing an obstruction of a view due to a handrail while observing an obligation of installing a handrail required for safety, by installing a transparent handrail between an outer window and an inner window, wherein the transparent handrail functions as the handrail to prevent a fall and is formed of a transparent material such as glass. According to the present invention, the dual window structure includes: the inner window (2) located on the indoor side; the outer window (3) located on the outer side of the building; and a window frame in which the inner window (2) and the outer window (3) are installed. The transparent handrail (1) formed of the transparent material is installed on the window frame in a gap between the inner window (2) and the outer window (3).
