<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamine compound capable of obtaining a liquid crystal alignment agent for forming a liquid crystal alignment film with high liquid crystal alignment properties, low volume resistivity, and good electric characteristics such as VHR when used as a part of materials for polyamic acid and its derivative used for the liquid crystal alignment agent. <P>SOLUTION: A diamine, which includes a primary or secondary amino group protected with a group detachable by heat in the molecule, is used as a material for polyamic acid and its derivative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
