PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of the outflow of an unprocessed video to which mask processing is not performed.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes a video processing part 23 which executes the mask processing for changing the inside of the contour of a person into a mask image, with respect to a video obtained by photographing a monitoring area, a video output part 24 which outputs a mask-processed video to which the mask processing is performed in a first output mode and outputs the unprocessed video to which the mask processing is not performed in a second output mode, and a control part 26 which switches the output mode of the video output part, according to the instruction of a user.
