PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic member that is able to restrict contact pressure of a lip ring on a terminal-having electric wire when the terminal-having electric wire is passed through an electric wire insertion hole.SOLUTION: An elastic sealing member 12 has a body part 12a formed from an elastic material into a plate shape. The body part 12a is provided with an alignment of sealing insertion holes 121 (electric wire insertion holes), into which a terminal-having electric wire 14 is inserted in a thickness direction D4. On the inner periphery, a sealing lip ring 121a-1 is provided, which projects over the entire periphery so as to be in close contact with the outer periphery of a wire portion 142 of the terminal-having electric wire 14. An insertion port 121b for electric wire insertion hole and an exit port 121c are formed in a funnel-like wide port. In the surface provided with the insertion port 121b, a solid-removing groove 122 is provided between adjacent insertion ports 121b.
