The present invention relates to a variable valve gear (1) for adjusting inlet or exhaust valves (6) of at least two cylinder banks (100, 100′) of an internal combustion engine (100). The variable valve gear (1) comprises: a camshaft (22) to transport a cam (2); and at least two pushrods (3) to transfer a profile of the cam (2) into a translational movement to operate inlet or exhaust valves (6). A rotatable adjusting unit (8) is provided between an outer contour of the cam (2) and the pushrods (3). Operating times of the inlet or the exhaust valves (6) on at least two cylinder banks can be simultaneously changed by rotation of the adjusting unit (8). |
