PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow power to be appropriately adjusted.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises a circuit block which includes a plurality of CMOS circuits to each of which power nodes are connected. Between two CMOS circuits which work in concert with each other out of the plurality of CMOS circuits included in the circuit block, voltage is adjusted in a manner such that voltage supplied to a power node of one CMOS circuit does not exceed voltage supplied to a power node of the other CMOS circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
