PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate an operation command for causing a robot to perform an experiment based on a protocol.SOLUTION: An operation command generation device includes: an execution order determination part that determines an order of execution of a plurality of processing symbols representing processing on a processing object on the basis of arrangement positions of the plurality of respective processing symbols on a protocol chart having the plurality of processing symbols; and a processing symbol conversion part that converts the plurality of respective processing symbols into jobs in the processing system including at least a robot so that the processing represented by the plurality of processing symbols are executed in the order of execution determined by the execution order determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
