PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding method capable of imparting a different function or characteristic according to a portion (such as a trunk or a bottom) of a container.SOLUTION: In a blow molding method, a preform 10a made of a plastic material is prepared. A plastic member 40a deep-drawn to surround the outside of the preform 10a is provided to manufacture a composite preform 70 having the preform 10a and the plastic member 40a adhered to the outside of the preform 10a. Next, the composite preform 70 is heated and inserted inside a blow molding mold 50 to apply blow molding to the composite preform 70 inside the blow molding mold 50, so that the preform 10a and the plastic member 40a of the composite preform 70 is integrally expanded to obtain a composite container 10A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
