PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo electric element witch enables high density mounting in a good condition.SOLUTION: A piezo electric element comprises: a first external electrode 310 that is formed from one side surface of a piezo electric element main body 200 to a principal surface; and a second external electrode 320 that is formed from the other side surface of the piezo electric element main body 200 to the principal surface, and in the principal surface of piezo electric element main body 200, insulation films 501 and 502 that cover at least one of one or both of the first external electrode 310 and the second external electrode 320 are formed in an opposite region of the first external electrode 310 and the second external electrode 320.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
