PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user easily of the proper time to replace consumable supplies such as filter cartridges.SOLUTION: A device information notification system is constructed comprising a beacon device 30 attached to a device 20 that uses consumable supplies and a receiver terminal 50 that receives a beacon signal B1. The beacon device 30 includes a storage that stores identification information, a use detection part that detects the use of consumable supplies by the device 20, and a transmitter that transmits a beacon signal including identification information upon detection of the use of the consumable supplies by the detection part. The receiver terminal 50 includes a receiver that receives a beacon signal and a notification part that provides information on the use of consumable supplies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
