PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus capable of swiftly notifying a highly emergent message to a user while avoiding from interfering operation of a user making on a terminal apparatus.SOLUTION: The terminal apparatus determines, with respect to a user of the terminal apparatus, an extent of rejection to receive a notification of a message based on a piece of information representing the state of the user. Receiving a message to be notified to the user, the terminal apparatus determines the emergency level of the message based on a piece of information carried by the message. The terminal apparatus controls the notification timing of the message to the user based on the extent of rejection and the emergency level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
