PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly acquire the reliability of information having an error.SOLUTION: A data processor for calculating reliability data representing reliability to pixel value of at least a portion of pixels of second image data from first image data and the second image data includes a similarity acquisition part for acquiring similarity between the pixel value of a first pixel of the first image data corresponding to a target pixel of the reliability data and the pixel value of each of a plurality of second pixels in a prescribed peripheral area of the first pixel, and a reliability acquisition part for acquiring a reliability being the pixel value of the target pixel of the reliability data from the similarity about each of the plurality of second pixels, the pixel value of a third pixel of the second image data corresponding to the first pixel, and the pixel value of each of plurality of fourth pixels located in the prescribed peripheral area of the third pixel to correspond to each of the plurality of second pixels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
