PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective liquid crystal display device, in which dissipation of a second electrode layer of an external connection terminal during a manufacturing process can be inhibited while a first electrode layer of the external connection terminal can be reliably protected.SOLUTION: An external connection terminal includes a first electrode layer 59, a second electrode layer 60, and a protective layer 61. The second electrode layer 60 is formed of a material constituting a conducting layer. The second electrode layer 60 covers at least a part of the first electrode layer 59 to be electrically connected to the first electrode layer 59. The second electrode layer 60 has stepped portions 71, 71 on its surface. The protective layer 61 is formed of a material constituting a layer for forming a capacitance. The protective layer 61 covers a part of the second electrode layer 60 including the stepped portion 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
