A provided sterilized water producing apparatus comprises: a first filter formed with an outer housing having a cylindrical shape having a predetermined space therein and a filter for filtering floating matters and sludge which are visible to naked eyes, inward of the outer housing, performing a back washing function for regularly discharging concentrated floating matters and sludge to the outside while concentrating the floating matters and sludge in the space between an inner space of the filter or an inner wall surface of the outer housing and an outer wall surface of the filter, and discharging first raw water which has passed through the filter and second raw water which includes the concentrated floating matters and sludge; a second filter for removing viruses or materials causing disease by filtering the first raw water which has passed through the first filter; a purified water outlet for discharging the first raw water which has passed through the second filter and has been purified; a sterilized water producing unit for producing sterilized water by electrolysis of the second raw water which has passed through the first filter; and a sterilized water outlet for discharging the sterilized water which has passed through the sterilized water producing unit. The objective of the present invention is to provide the sterilized water producing apparatus which produces sterilized water and purified water by realizing a filter performing a back washing function for discharging floating matters and sludge to the outside and a sterilized water producing unit for producing sterilized water by electrolysis of water which has been filtered by the back washing filtering.
