The present invention relates to a shutter panel in which first and second plates are disposed to be parallel to each other at a predetermined interval and a plurality of long ribs are coupled in an erected manner between the first and second plates and which is aimed at obtaining high transparency and fine appearance. The shutter panel is manufactured using a first plate (10) and a second plate (11) as a plate member formed of a fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) material manufactured through steps comprising: (a) applying a bottom film to a flat bottom surface; (b) firstly applying a liquid resin to the applied bottom film, applying shortly cut glass fiber or glass fiber non-woven fabric thereto, and secondly applying a liquid resin in a state in which the firstly applied liquid resin is not cured; (c) applying an upper film to the secondly applied liquid resin; (d) pressurizing a resultant structure with a pressurization roller to remove internal bubbles and simultaneously form a plate member having a uniform thickness; (3) heating the plate member formed to have a uniform thickness to cure the same; and (f) removing the bottom film and the upper film of the cured plate member. The shutter panel comprises: a plurality of rib recesses (16) formed by cutting away an inner surface (18) of the first plate (10) and the second plate (12) facing each other such that one end and the other end of a rib (20) can be inserted thereinto; the rib (20) having one end and the other end inserted into the rib recess (16) of the first plate (10) an the second plate (11); and an adhesive layer (22) formed between a surface to which the one end and the other end of the rib (20) inserted into the rib recess (16) are bonded and side walls (31, 32) and a bottom surface (33) of the rib recess (16). |
