PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealing film having a surface resistance value (antistatic properties) uniform over the whole surface of the film, markedly suppressed in a change in the surface resistance value when friction such as rewinding or the like is applied and having stable peel strength at the time of the heat sealing with a resin container. SOLUTION: The heat-sealing film is constituted by forming an antistatic layer (d) with a thickness of 0.8μm or below on the surface on the side of a heat-sealing layer (b) of a laminated film composed of at least a base material layer (a) and the heat-sealing layer (b) and having a condition (1) wherein the wetting properties of the surface on the side of the heat-sealing layer (b) of the laminated film is 560μN/cm or above and a condition (2) wherein the charge voltage on the side of the heat-sealing layer (b) is -500 to +500V. The heat-sealing layer (b) preferably contains 30-80 mass% of a styrene/butadiene copolymer, 15-60 mass% of an ethylenic resin and 3-15 mass% of a polystyrene resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
