PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve lifter in which production management information excellent in visibility is marked.SOLUTION: A valve lifter body has a crestal plane, and a cylindrical skirt part extending downward from the crestal plane. In the crestal plane, production management information is marked in an intermediate area having less sliding with a cam, and in the skirt part, the production management information is marked in an intermediate area having less contact with a cylinder head. By marking the production management information in the crestal plane and the outer peripheral surface of the skirt part, the production management information is easily confirmed with eyes.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
