PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To land blanks to a same position of a feeder belt always, and transport the blank.SOLUTION: A feeder device for supplying blanks (5) one by one, comprises: a blank stacker (10) for stacking and storing the blanks (5); a blank sucker (20); a feeder belt (30); a blank position regulation guide (40); and a blank stopper (50). The blank sucker (20) is lifted up, and the blank (5) stored in a lowermost part of the blank stacker (10) is sucked, then the blank sucker (20) is lifted down and the blank (5) is landed to the feeder belt (30), and simultaneously, the blank stopper (50) is raised and the position of the blank (5) is regulated by the blank stopper (50) and the blank position regulation guide (40), then the blank stopper (50) is drawn back downward and the feeder belt (30) is moved, for repeating transporting of the blank (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
