PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device in which damage to a belt is suppressed.SOLUTION: A fixation device that fixes an image on a sheet comprises: a belt (31) that includes a heating layer (31b) that generates heat by electrification and is flexible; a pressure roller (40) that forms a nip part with the belt; a nip pad (32) that presses the belt against the pressure roller; an electrode part (38) that includes an outer ring (38a) that is disposed on one end side in the width direction of the belt (31), an inner ring (38b) that is disposed opposite to the outer ring with the belt interposed therebetween, and a fixation ring (48) that fixes the outer ring and the inner ring to the belt, and is electrically connected to the heating layer on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the belt; and a power supply member (60) that slidably contacts the outer ring to supply power to the heating layer.
