PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finder device through which an optical subject image and an electronic image can be both clearly viewed at the same time for optical equipment, and in particular a single-lens reflex camera through which an optical finder image and an electronic view finder image can be viewed at the same time by superposing the electronic view finder image on the optical finder image.SOLUTION: Optical equipment having a focus detection plate for detecting a focusing state of an objective and a liquid crystal panel is characterized in that a finder which enables an optical subject image and an electronic photographic image to be viewed at the same time through the same optical path by driving the objective so that a subject image formation position of the objective is on a liquid crystal surface of the liquid crystal panel when the liquid crystal is laced in a dimming state has the focus detection plate for detecting a focusing state of a photographic lens and the liquid crystal panel, the liquid crystal panel is placed in the dimming state and the photographic lens being driven by a certain quantity so that the subject optical image formation position of the photographic lens is on the liquid crystal surface of the liquid crystal panel when an electrophotographic image of a subject picked up in the past and an optical subject image are both viewed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
