PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a notice presentation by a simple control.SOLUTION: On the basis of display colors (an initial display color and a start time display color) to become bases of a series of color change notices that changes continuously, display colors during a first interim process to be displayed between the initial display color and the start time display color are designed to be determined.
