摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fabricating a sample for in-situ observation of observing an electrical element with an electrolyte in an active state.SOLUTION: For fabricating a sample for in-situ observation of observing an electrical element with an electrolyte in an active state by irradiating the sample with an electron beam, an electrode member 910 with a hole 916 in a travelling direction of the electron beam and a pair of electrode members with an electrode part 924 and a separator 930 are prepared. The electrode member pair are designed so that the separator 930 can be brought into contact with the electrode member 910 at a contact position away from the hole 916 in a direction other than the travelling direction of the electron beam. Next, the electrolyte 940 is attached to the electrode member 910 so that the electrolyte 940 is held in the hole and is continuously present from the hole 916 to the contact position, and the separator 930 is brought into contact with the contact position. This causes the electrode part 924 to come in contact with the electrolyte 940 via the separator 930, which forms a sample that in-situ observation can be conducted on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
