摘要 The present provides an electrochromic system for an aluminum material using a crossflow asymmetry power source and a controlling method thereof including: a first step in which a control module unit of the electrochromic system forms a barrier layer after washing a anodic oxidation thin film using a coloring device unit, fills a coloring solution in a coloring bath of the coloring device unit, and installs an aluminum alloy material; a second step in which the control module unit calculates a rate of an applied crossflow asymmetry waveform according to a colored color of the aluminum material after the first step; a third step in which the control module unit controlling the operation of turning on an SCR at the rate of the applied crossflow asymmetry waveform according to the colored color of the aluminum material after the second step; and a fourth step of electrically coloring a produce of the aluminum material where the coloring device unit is mounted a preset color according to crossflow signals applied by the third step. Accordingly, the electrochromic system for the aluminum material using the crossflow asymmetry power source is capable of reducing 30-40% of a current applying time when coloring the aluminum material black in comparison with an existing rectifier and reducing metal ions being excessively precipitated by adjusting a cycle of an alternating current power source of a rectifier system, thus an effect of preventing excessive consumption of the coloring solution is obtained.
