PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flow of a magnetic flux from being blocked by a caulking part 84 and a support rod member 63.SOLUTION: In a multilayer core 60 of a rotor 40 of a synchronous motor 1, the caulking part 84 and the support rod member 63 for connecting a plurality of annular core plates 61 in a direction of an axial line S1 are provided as connection parts. The caulking part 84 and the support rod member 63 are disposed for each of permanent magnets 70 in portions where a magnetic flux density becomes coarse, in the multilayer core 60 in the state where a magnetic flux generated by an armature 50 for generating a rotary magnetic field in the armature 50 is superposed with a magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
