PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electric conduction between electrodes due to condensate water in an oil removal device for capturing oil particles with a filter arranged between a positive electrode and a negative electrode.SOLUTION: An insulating layer which extends along a flow direction of blow-by gas and has insulation properties is sandwiched between at least one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of an electrode and a filter or in the filter, so that condensate water generated by condensation of moisture in the blow-by gas is inhibited from leading from the positive electrode to the negative electrode of the electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
