OPTICAL BONDING METHOD OF TOUCHSCREEN PANEL

Provided is a method for performing optical bonding on a touch screen panel, which comprises the steps of: (i) forming a film jig to surround the three sides of a first surface of a touch module; (ii) bonding the first surface of the touch module having the jig formed thereon to an LCD panel and fixing the bonded body to a lower suction plate; (iii) discharging a thermosetting adhesive in the opening direction of the jig through a nozzle in a state in which the bonded body is inclined downward; (iv) vertically lowering the bonded body of the touch module and the LCD panel at a predetermined speed after discharging a predetermined amount of thermosetting adhesive; (v) deforming by moving the bonded body to a vacuum chamber after completing the discharge of the adhesive; (vi) thermally curing the thermosetting adhesive included in the bonded body; and (vii) removing the jig from the thermally cured bonded body. The method of the present invention can improve economic efficiency and productivity compared to existing methods through the reduction of processes and costs by removing a temporary curing process and performing a single curing process.
