PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a peel-layer forming coating composition that forms, on the underside of a wall covering member, a peel-layer that is low in cost and good in workability, and has an excellent releasability; and a wall covering member comprising the peel-layer.SOLUTION: Provided is a wall covering member comprising a peel-layer 3 with excellent releasability, slipperiness and moderate moisture resistance, obtained by coating, on the backing base member 1 of the wall covering member, a peel-layer forming coating composition containing (a) a rubber latex and/or (b) a polyolefin-based emulsion, (c) a silicone resin emulsion, and (d) a wax emulsion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
