A manufacturing process of a closed pipeline harness for an engine. In the process, the pipeline harness is divided into two sets, the harness directly penetrating through two ends of a multi-way valve is threaded, and terminal pressing connection and fixation are carried out after harness threading; after that, the harness on a branch of the multi-way valve is threaded; threading starts to be carried out from a branch port farthest from the wire outlet of the multi-way valve to a branch port closest to the wire outlet of the multi-way valve, and threading can be normally carried out according to the sequence; and finally, terminal pressing connection is carried out on the part of the harness, and finishing and fixation are carried out. |
