PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an advice to overtake a user ranked higher than oneself when singing evaluation is ranked.SOLUTION: A karaoke apparatus in accordance with the present invention can perform the following: singing evaluation processing in which a plurality of parameter evaluation information items on a predetermined singing feature is calculated on the basis of singing voice signals received from a microphone while music reproduction processing is performed, and then total evaluation information is calculated on the basis of the plurality of parameter evaluation information items calculated; and notification processing in which, on the basis of a comparison result between the plurality of parameter evaluation information items about rival users ranked higher in ranks determined by comparing the total evaluation information calculated in the singing evaluation processing with total evaluation information on the same music sung by other users, and the plurality of parameter evaluation information items about a singing user, a singing feature corresponding to the plurality of parameter evaluation information items in which the comparison result satisfies predetermined conditions is notified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
