PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray machine which can switch the vertical motion of an image reception part between electrical control and manual control in accordance with the situation on the spot and the like.SOLUTION: An X-ray machine comprises: a machine body 2; a balance mechanism which has one end connected to the machine body and the other end connected to a balancer device, and supports the machine body in a vertically movable manner; a driving part which includes a driven rotary body, a driving rotary body, second transmission means connecting the respective rotary bodies and moving in the vertical direction according to rotation of the respective rotary bodies with engagement of the machine body, a clutch and a first motor; a handhold 24 which is linked with the vertical motion of the machine body or vertically moves independently of the vertical motion of the machine body; and a control part. The machine body is allowed to move vertically with electrical control or manual control by connecting the first motor and the clutch or releasing the connection. When the distance between the machine body and the handhold is different from a set distance set in advance, the set distance can be secured by moving the handhold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
