The present invention relates to an active anti-rolling device and a floating offshore structure including the same. According to the present invention, the active anti-rolling device includes: an anti-rolling unit which is arranged on a side of a floating offshore structure body and is arranged close to a water line of the floating offshore structure body to perform the anti-rolling of the floating offshore structure body; a connection unit which is also used as a guide, is coupled to the floating offshore structure body, connects the anti-rolling unit to the floating offshore structure body while enabling relative movement of the anti-rolling reduction unit against the floating offshore structure body in upward and downward directions, and guides the relative movement of the anti-rolling unit against the floating offshore structure body in the upward and downward directions; and a clamping unit which is coupled to one of the connection unit serving also as a guide and the anti-rolling unit and presses the other one to clamp the anti-rolling unit with the connection unit serving also as a guide.
